Plug2Data is a B2B data platform operated by Plug2 FZE LLC (Sharjah, UAE). We apply a legitimate-interest basis with strong, enforced safeguards — the same posture as the leading B2B data providers.

We process business-contact data under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in B2B outreach), limited to a professional context — no special-category data, no consumer data, no children.
Transparency (Article 14)
We publish a clear notice to data subjects explaining what we hold, the sources, and your rights.
Your rights, self-service
Anyone can access, object to, or be removed from our database at plug2data.com/opt-out. Removal is applied immediately and database-wide via an enforced suppression list (ingestion, enrichment, display and export).
EU & UK representatives (Art. 27)
As we are established outside the EEA/UK, we have appointed Prighter as our EU and UK representative; EEA/UK residents can reach them via the link in our Privacy Policy.
Processors & transfers
We work with vetted sub-processors under data-processing agreements and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy for international transfers. Customers get a Data Processing Addendum.
Security
Encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, row-level security on the database, and a documented personal-data breach procedure (72-hour notification).
Sources
Data is compiled from publicly available sources and licensed third-party providers, kept up to date, and re-verified on a rolling basis. Each enriched contact records its source.
