Terms of Service

1. The service

Plug2Data provides access to e-commerce store data and B2B decision-maker contacts, via the web app, exports and API. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate company information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts are for business use. You may not share access beyond the seats included in your plan.

3. Acceptable use of the data

You may use the data for your own lawful B2B sales, marketing and partnership activities, in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, e-Privacy and telemarketing rules).

You must honour opt-out, unsubscribe and do-not-call requests, and provide the disclosures required in your outreach.

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish the raw data, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful, harassing or discriminatory purposes.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled; enrichment is charged per verified contact found. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Data accuracy & warranties

Data is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fresh and accurate but do not warrant completeness or that every contact is current. You are responsible for validating data before use.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
